ATA Activation Information

Activation for DataMax Wireless Voice ATAs covers costs of provisioning your line, provisioning or porting your phone number, setting up voicemail and programming the ATA itself.

With a 12 or 24 month WiMax contract, activation is $50.00.
Without a monthly WiMax contract, activation is $70.00.

Contract Information

Purchased Voice plans are tagged to your WiMax internet service.  Example, if you purchase a 12 month WiMax contract and order Voice, your Voice will be the same contract duration.  Voice services do not have to be purchased at the time of WiMax services.  For later activation of voice, please call our office.

E-911 Information

A large concern for those moving to DataMax Wireless Voice Services is the E-911 Service.  It is your duty to inform us of the initial installation address for Voice, and update us of any address changes.  We do provide 911 call centers with address information for the calling party.  The 911 call center must be equipped with E-911 technology.
